I purchased and downloaded the software from Amazon and had an issue installing it that route. So I decided to try to install the trial version off of the Adobe site and then just putting in the product key that I purchased. However, neither way is working for me. When I download from Adobe's site, the page says the trial will begin to download automatically once you install the download assistant. When I install that I get stuck here:

The download assistant never changes from this view. When, according to the install instructions, it should turn to this screen or begin downloading:

With the Amazon route, I get stuck here, with the sign in required screen perpetually loading and never allows me a chance to enter any sign in information:
