Like a few post here about Error 100, I'm having the same issue with the Download Assistant.
I followed the instructions and deleted cookies but still nothing. I'm signed in in the regular browser but not in the Download Assistant window. When I click on help it opens a my browser and there I'm signed in. Any suggestions?
