Installing trial version of elements 12 on a windows 7 box that was running elements 8. (have purchased 12 discs but don't trust Adobe therefore downloaded trial version before registering serial #). installation appears to go smoothly. organized opens showing my pics. Starts to download facial recognition data, hits 27 or 28% (always same) and stalls "not responding" tag on install window. Any ideas?
