I have signed up to Adobe very recently, and have successfully downloaded trial versions of some applications (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere), but wish to try Story. I cannot see it in the Creative Cloud window on my Macbook, where I selected the other apps to install. So I have tried to get it from the Adobe site. All that happens is that I tell it that I already have an Adobe ID, it seems to accept that and sits at the window with the Story icon and yellow download (I assume) bar, but nothing is downloaded. (I think the url says something like "login=true" at the end.) I have disabled pop up blockers, and my firewall as per the help instructions - to no avail.
Please can someone guide me - I have moved back to Macs very recently as well, so not that familiar with it all yet.
I wish to use this for a fairly urgent project, and am wondering if just going straight into the paid versions will resolve this?
I had hoped to have a little time trialling these apps, but if going paid will fix this, would appreciate knowing now
