Photoshop CS 56 can't be opened

I've downloaded the trial Photoshop Cs56 via Adobe Download Assistant. The installation was competed. But when I try to open PS CS 56 there is a mistake "The point of entrance to the procedure GetLogicalProcessorInformation is not found at the library DLL KERNEL32. dll. What actions should be applied to open the installed Ps?
