So I've had Photoshop Elements 9 since 2012 and well in the time since I've had it I've moved twice & have lost the disk for it. It came free with my Wacom Bamboo Create Tablet and well I've upgraded my laptop I have the Serial Number but can't find anywhere to re-download the program. What I need help with is finding a link to download it. I use it for Digital Art NOT EDITING PHOTOS. I've downloaded the PSE 12 for a free trial and well it doesn't let me just draw its just for editing photos. What I would like help with is finding either PSE 9 download link or the upgraded version that will ALLOW me to still draw. If anyone could help me that would be great as I can't to any of my school work without it & I don't have the money to buy a new PSE or am I able to upgrade my tablet which does need doing to get the free photoshop that comes with it. So can anyone help me out???
