Trial says it has expired.

I got an e-mail back on February 27 with the following message:

"Take a test drive, and experience the new features.Take Illustrator CC for a free 30-day spin. And if you've already tried Illustrator in the past year, weresetthe trialso that you can give it another go."

I've installed the trial on my Surface Pro 3 and it has the count down. I've also installed on my mac mini and it says that the trial has expired. Same account for both devices.
