Hi,
I am trying the 30 day evaluation of Audition to see if it will fit into my workflow. I got to the install point, and the Adobe Program manager reported that it does not support Case Sensitive Volumes. It informs me to choose another volume. However this is a laptop with one drive. Now I could wipe the drive, reformat it into 2 partitions—one modern and one archaic for Audition to play in—and reinstall all 900GB+ on it, but that would take a few days. I do not want to reformat and partition my drive for one program that I am simply trying to try before I buy.
My time is running out. So, unless there is a reasonable and reasonably quick resolution to this I will continue to look for an editor that can work for me.
