Just out of the box iMac 10.8.2, took ADA about 24 hours to download the CS6 Master Collection (trial) with many error messages along the way. Finally completed the download and now the ADA is stuck on "extracting..." when I restart ADA I get the message "The following disk image couldn't be opened MasterCollection_CS6_ error -4960" I hit ok, and ADA is still "extracting..." I am downloading to the desktop, I have no firewalls or anything up since this is a brand new computer and this download is the very first thing i've attempted to use it for.
This download took an inordinate amount of time and I don't want to start over if this will just happen again. Also, I have a serial/license number provided by my school for CS6, am I correct in downloading the trial to get to the place where I would enter my serial #?
