I am using the latest MacPro computer and Safari to download Adobe CS6 trial version in order to input the serial number of already purchased CS6 ( I am required to do so, as is new computer and a cross-platform upgrade). I am using a DSL connection for approximately 5 hours now. This is inordinately long. The reply I saw to similar questions recommended switching to another browser. Obviously in my case, this is not a valid answer, and would appreciate a valid and helpfu response. What should I do next, call Adobe support?
