CS6 Standard suite

I can't download it, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc) I've bought it through my uni, and have been given the liscense key to use once I download the trial version and I am using a windows laptop. (And bought the windows version) I've followed all of the instructions, installed the download assistant, which is then supposed to kick start the download - which it has in the past when I downloaded the free trial of Illustrator) but nothing happens! Help! Thanks x I don't want this to turn into a waste of my money and I really really need it for uni asap!
