Cant download adobe premier

I have a Mac Air.

I tried downloading adobe premier as a direct download.  THE INTERNET HERE IS TOO UNSTABLE AND I CANT DO IT.

I tried with Download assistant. the download completes but during the extraction process, I get a popup saying:

Following disk images couldn't be opened.

PremierPro 6_LS7.dm llegal seek

This is the second try with download assistant. 

I have been working at this for three days without success.

Any suggestions??
