I tried to download the trial version of CS6 Master Collection and it won't stop extracting. The pause and stop button after the extraction bar don't function. I went to the website 'Prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl' as suggested to try to download without using Adobe Download Assistant. When it tries to reinstall this error message appears, 'This product is already in the download queue and will not be added (error 105). If you believe you have received this message in error, you can restart Adobe Download Assistant and try to add the product again'.
I have an iMac OS X version 10.8.2 with a 2.7 GHz Intel Core processor with 8GB 1600 MHz 15 DDR memory.
