Illustrator CS6 trial version
Hi,
I have downloaded the free trial version for 30 days on Illustrtor CS6. Everything seem to download fine and the download assistant seems to have gone ok. I installed it and opened it up. I tried to open a ai file I had and it would not open. It said unknown error occurred. I then just tried to create a new file and it would not create one. It came up again an error has occurred. Can anyone please help me?

qualifying product conundrum
I have purchased and downloaded the Actobat XI Standardsoftware using the serial no provided and it is
installed on my computer. When I go to open the program the "serial Number upgrade" screen
opens and says the serial no I entered is valid but a qualifying product is
not found on this computer....? can anyone shed some light on this matter?

can i download a trial for older version of indesign
I have just tried to download a free trial for the inDesign tool.
I get a message telling me that my system is no longer supported (osX 10.6.8).
Since I'm reluctant to upgrade my OS for various reasons, is it possible for me to trial an older version of inDesign instead (perhaps inDesign CS which does support my OS)?

CS6 download won't install
It froze on me at 6%, so I backed out of it. Now I can't find an installer or any record of a download. Do I have to re-download the trial & will it let me. I am worried I will loose the opportunity to try the trial bc I completed the download part.

Installation on case-sensitive mac
I have two volumes installed in my MBP. One - case-sesetive SSD disc, on which runs my System. Another one - non case-sensitive HDD. I want to install photoshop and flash player on my HDD, but i can't do that, because installation program don't ask me where to install Adobe products. How can I change it?

creative cloud installer hangs up... forever.
I have downloaded the Creative Cloud Desktop Installer on my Mac, mounted the disk image and clicked on the installer icon. The installer started... and the progress bar goes up until around 45% in the first 20 minutes. Then after another 2 hours, still no progress. That was yesterday. Today I stopped the installer, downloaded it again, started it again out of the new download and... stuck again at 45%.
None of the comments I read during the last 2h helped me so far. Why is it so complicated to build an installer?

redownload lightroom after trial expired

I had downloaded the trial version of Lightroom but accidentally deleted the app (not sure how that happened). Now I can't see the app in my application but on the Creative Cloud Manager thing it says the app is installed and I can't download it again somehow as the trial has now expired!
Help please!

Can't activate free trial
I downloaded a free trial of Adobe Acrobat DC and installed it with no problems. When I launch the programme it says I need to sign in, and when I try to do that I get a message saying it's not connected to the internet, but I am connected. How do I resolve this?

"The Destination Directory Could Not Be Determined For Photo Delluxe 4.0"
I Downloaded Adobes Photoshop from thier Site.
When trying to install pdx401upus.exe,
it will open up the Installation Wizard and then I get the Following "Warning" Message....
"The Destination Directory Could Not Be Determined For Photo Delluxe 4.0"
it just gives me a box to check that says "OK", and then the Wizard Shuts down.
Im running an HP Computer with Windows 7, Tons of HD Space, Ram, Memory ect.
I love using Adobe Photoshop, but since I got this new computer,
my Adobe Photoshop install disc seemed to be too old (Windows 95),
and therefore would not load to my new Computer/Operating System.
Any pointers, Websites, Instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Although I'm not a "Computer Dummy" I know just enough to get me into trouble, so the simpler the instructions....the better.

How can I install to a drive other than C?
I installed the CS6 Master Collection trial version. During the installation, I specified a destination folder on my D: drive (C: is a small SSD drive meant to hold only Windows).
For the 32-bit versions of the programs, the shortcuts created in the Start Menu point to the D: location I specified during installation, but clicking on them gets me a "file not found" error, because the actual programs were placed on the C: drive. They work if I copy the installed Adobe folder and its full contents over to the appropriate D: location.
The 64-bit versions are a different mess: Unlike with the 32-bit versions, the installer placed the 64-bit versions of the programs in the specified D: drive folder, but when I attempt to start the programs, I get the "Configuration Error: Please uninstall and reinstall the program; Error: 1" message. Presumably this is because some of the configuration files or settings the programs are looking for are actually pointing to locations on the C: drive, where the installer put them despite my directions. But I have no idea which files or settings they are, or how to find them.
How can I fix these configuration errors and get the 64-bit versions working?
If anyone from Adobe sees this, can you please fix the installer so that it installs the ENTIRE package where I specified, and that all the various pieces installed know where the rest of the pieces are in a non-C drive installation?
My system:
Windows 7 SP1
Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM
C drive: 60GB SSD (Windows system files)
D drive: 1TB HDD (All other programs and files, including my Windows User folders)

Error in installing Photoshop CS5 extended.
I'm trying to install Photoshop CS5 Extended on my laptop (win 7 64 bit), and I always get a installation error.
The error is "There were problems with your installation. Some required components may have failed to install. This could impact the functionality of installed applications"
When I click on troubleshooting it says there were 42 errors and 39 warnings =/
Antivirus and Firewall is turned off
Any ideas what the problem could be?
