CS6 Creative Suite Design & Web Premium Trial downloads, extracts, but the installer halts when it hits "Currently Installing Adobe Help", and the install time keeps increasing indefinitely. I have tried over and over, re-downloading, using the direct download links, running the creative suite cleaner, the Adobe Support tool, restarting my computer, etc. etc. etc. It does this same thing when I have tried to install Dreamweaver CS6 on its own, but I was able to download & install Lightroom 4 with no problems whatsoever. What can I do at this point?

# for CS6 not a qualifying product
I ordered the disc for CS6, but got antsy so downloaded CS6 Extended. I go to put in my # and there is no drop down for CS6, only CS6 Extended, so I put in my # and it says not for a qualifying product. Hmmm, what to do?

Adobe Acrobat X Pro
I am unable to open my Adobe Acrobat X Pro. Version 10.1.3. Either as a program, or to open a specific file.
Appears listed in my software programs correctly.
Does not matter if I try to open from desktop, program shortcut list or program list, as administrator or user.
I have had the product as part of Creative Suite 6 since mid-May and it has worked until around 10 days ago?
The only other hint I can offer is in iHelp, all listed product names have a red Adobe icon beside them, except "Using Acrobat X Pro" which has a similar looking green icon. It claims to be Current and has a download date (of today, as I tried to Delete and Update).
Thoughts please?

Photoshop download is stuck
Hi, I have been trying to download Adobe Photoshop Cs6 I know the size is low and my Internet Connection is not slow but I do not knowwhy it won't download I tried for 3 hours but it got stuck in the middle It won't move so I restarted the download and now it's stuck at the beginniging of it I don't know if it's takes so much time to download it in adobe download asssistant but thanks for your help

Trial has expired?!
I just downloaded a trial version of cs6 and once installed i launched the program and instantly it says my trial period has expired and prompts me to purchase.. why am I not being allowed to test/try this program?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times now, even ran an adobe cleaner through and i still get the same message of my trial being expired, please purchase..

Download Assistant Certificate Error
Can't download a trial because the download assistant continues to give this error:
"The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author."

Hallo,
ich habe eine Frage zu der Adobe Creative Cloud. Mein Mitbewohner und ich nutzen denselben PC, auf dem er bereits vor einiger Zeit die CC installiert hat. Er hat bereits die Testversionen von Photoshop und InDesign genutzt. Heute habe ich mich auch registriert, da ich gerne mit InDesign versuchen möchte zu arbeiten – die Testversion funktioniert aber (auf meinem, unabhängigen, Account) nicht mehr. Ist es tatsächlich so, dass Adobe die Testversion pro Endgerät / IP-Adresse nur einmal erlaubt, obwohl sie ja unterschiedliche Endnutzer (mit verschiedenen Accounts) testen wollen?
Dazu konnte ich leider im Internet keine Hilfe finden. Vielleicht kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Installation of Photoshop CS6 (64 bit) trial
I just installed the trial version of Photoshop CS6 on windows 7 64 bits : however the 32 bit version has been installed during this process.
Is it mandatory ?
If not, is it a way to remove the 32 bit version of Photoshop and Bridge CS6 ?
Is it a way to install only the 64 bit version of photoshop (and bridge) CS6 ?
